Maison Hérold’s Cottage is located on the edge of the hamlet of Lapras.
Its East-West orientation ensures plenty of sunlight throughout the day and offers breathtaking views of the Ardèche hills.
Surrounded by greenery and over twelve acres of forest, this charming and comfortable character house is a haven of peace and tranquillity. 24” thick-stone walls keep the cottage pleasantly cool in summer. Excellent insulation and central heating (included in rental price) make it equally pleasant in winter.
This 861-sq ft fully equipped house (washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, microwave, optional cleaning service, baby equipment and free wifi on request) features a living room, master bedroom (1 double bed – 140 cm wide), children’s bedroom (2 single beds – each 90 cm wide), bathroom with toilet and private terrace. It accommodates up to four people.
